Trio Carpion
Trio Carpion Taking its name from the talking carp of Jewish folk legend, Trio Carpion is Ashkenazi roots music at its best- a new Israeli ensemble performing the lush and evocative early 20th century repertoire from the Eastern European Jewish world as well as new compositions. Trio Carpion specializes in pre-war Yiddish and Romanian songs and the Eastern style of klezmer music rarely heard in Israel. With a deep respect for tradition and a modern sensibilty, Trio Carpion boasts three of Israel's hottest young virtuosi: vocalist and accordionist Avishai Fisz, violinist Daniel Hoffman, and multi-instrumentalist and euphonium player Gershon Waiserfirer.
Trio Carpion is working right now on its first CD. Trio Carpion performs en Yiddish, Ladino, Hebrew, Romanian, Russian and Italian and are available for private presentations.

Yoni Eilat
Yoni Eilat Yoni Eilat is an actor and singer. He graduated from "Beit Zvi", academy of performing arts in Israel, and has been performing for over ten years in various theater productions. He is mostly known for his Israeli song performances ("shira bet/ibur") which he has been performing throughout Israel and the world. Most recently he is known for his solo-performances in Yiddish.

He is a member of the Yiddishpiel Theater's ensemble, the Israeli National Yiddish Theater, with which he participated both in concerts by the " Yiddishpiel's Theater of Benevolence" and has recently directed two small musical productions. He won two awards from the Yiddishpiel, in 2007 and in 2010, for his contribution to and performance of Yiddish songs. Another production he organized "A Yiddishe Madre": a duel for Ladino and Yiddish, features singer, Dganit Daddo, and journalist and author, Ruvik Rosenthal.

"Zigayner Neshume" is his first album: Yiddish versions of gypsy folk music, mixed with rock-pop-music and interwoven with elements of traditional Eastern European music. More than ten gifted Israeli musicians cooperated with him to produce this album. The album features 11 songs and was arranged and produced by Daniel Koren, a graduate of Berkley College of Music, who has played and produced albums for many Israeli artists and has orchestrated theater productions. Currently- he plays with Jazz ensembles in New York.

Zalmen Mlotek
Zalmen Mlotek Zalmen Mlotek is an internationally recognized authority on Yiddish folk and theater music and a leading figure in the Jewish theatre and concert worlds. Mr. Mlotek was raised in a prominent Yiddish-speaking family renowned for its Jewish songbook collections. His formal training as a classical musician and conductor was at Julliard School of Music, the New England Conservatory of Music, the Tanglewood Music Center , Manhattan School of Music and Mannes School of Music. Among his most notable teachers and mentors was Leonard Bernstein. Mr. Mlotek also studied conducting with Zubin Mehta, James Levine and other masters of music and conducting. Mr. Mlotek's deep roots in Yiddish culture, his elite musical education, his talent and passion for both have merged into a career that has revitalized the world of Yiddish music and theater.
